No Bug Consulting recrute Assistant Manager
The Assistant Manager is responsible for maintaining day to day financial, accounting, administrative and personnel services in order to meet legislative requirements and support the company’s operations.
The Assistant Manager reports to the General Manager and is responsible for assisting with preparation of financial statements, maintaining cash controls supervising the payroll and personnel administration, purchasing, maintaining accounts payable and managing office operations. The Assistant Manager must work in compliance with all Tunisian Acts and Legislation.

Student (preferably at an engineering faculty)

Good understanding of relevant Tunisian legislation, policies and procedures
Fluency in English is mandatory
Generally accepted accounting principles

1. Administer employee files and records in order to ensure accurate payment of benefits and allowances

Verify and report on benefits payments
Maintain the leave management system
Review payroll reports.

2. Administer and monitor the financial system in order to ensure that the Company’s finances are maintained in an accurate and timely manner
Assist with preparation of the budget
Prepare and reconcile general bank statements
Ensure transactions are properly recorded and entered into the computerized accounting system
Prepare income statements
Prepare balance sheets
Maintain financial files and records.

Working within the validation team of our FPGA-based platforms
You will :
Work in a Linux environment, Develop validation tests in VHDL, Verilog , C , C + + with targeting FPGAs, Integrate the tests and analyze the results with all of the validation team , Work with developers to converge the overall quality of our products

Having an engineering degree with a major in industrial electronics or computer , you ave from 3 to 5 years of professional experience in a related field of digital IP development or their validation. You have specific knowledge in digital electronics ( combinational and sequential logic, memory, clock tree ..etc.. ) and validation methods for digital circuits and design of integrated circuits or FPGA , as well as software . You are required to have:

Develop automation tools for ASIC design and verification – compilers and simulators for hardware description and verification languages. The R&D projects are either internal or part of long-term involvements with top EDA companies. Complete life-cycle of a product is covered, including documentation, unit level testing, maintenance, customer support, quality assurance and infrastructure support. Main activities are focused on research, development and testing of new features, optimizations and bug fixing.
Requirements:
- Graduate Computer Science/Electronics/Mathematics/Physics.
- Strong C/C++ programming skills, at least 3 years experience in software development.
- Good command of software engineering best practices, data structures and algorithms.
- Ability to understand and solve complex technical problems.
- Communicative English.
