The Strategy and Delivery Quality Assurance Engineer is responsible for testing the Helios application, an internal product, and as well as interdependent financial applications.
The testing ranges from functional releases, scheduled patch releases to hot fix patches.
The QA Engineer works closely with Business Analysts, Application Programmers and other Quality Assurance Analysts to complete functional, regression, load, stress, and system level testing.
- Engineering Diploma with a minimum of 3 years in Testing/Quality Assurance
• Develop test cases and test plans that meet the requirements of functionality built by the R&D team.
• Increase scope of testing for functionality already built, focusing on the production of test plans for automated regression testing
• Execute tests that help make informed decisions on the quality of the product.
• Execute different types of testing, including functionality testing, usability testing, scenario-based testing, role-based testing, regression testing, etc.
• Execute defect/bug validations
• Review functional requirements so to assure that test cases and scenarios can be built using them
• Develop automatic test scripts used for regression testing
• Develop end to end tests covering the entire business process flow
• Increase scope of testing for functionality already built, focusing on the production of test plans for automated regression testing
• Execute tests that help make informed decisions on the quality of the product.

The Network Engineer is responsible for the continued maintenance, support and administration of network, and telecommunication technology.
Duties include but are not limited to: tier 3 support, network and security monitoring, emergency response, planning and design of network components, administration of network and voice usage policies and standards, security of network systems that protect corporate data, administration of access control procedures and related remote access and endpoint protection systems, and the management of projects that support the life-cycle of the company’s network and telecommunications infrastructure.
